TheGundogTrainer.co.uk Training Advice

Most Gundog Trainers can advise you on dealing with a variety of problems concerning your dog(s). They generally have years of experience dealing with a wide variety of dogs and their owners.

Some advice can be given by E mail or telephone, but there is no substitute for face to face advice and training, so they will always encourage you to come and see them and try to help you to work through your problems.

Some trainers will flatly refuse to deal with people who are inexperienced or who have unproven dogs, so you may need to persevere . Time spent finding and choosing the right Trainer for your dog will have long term benefits, so don't rush in, consider whether the set up is right for you and your dog.

If you have specific long term goals, discuss them with the trainer and don't be afraid to ask questions.

If the answers you get are evasive or you don't get any answers, then perhaps consider changing trainers..

We are happy to assist by suggesting advice or helping you to find a suitable trainer.
